    Help With Diet Rest and Training

    Hey i need some easier diet help now im taking 2 martial art classes Braizilian-JJ and Muay Thai neways im obviously going to have to eat alot more carbs to keep good energy levels, i was going to weight train 3-4days a week still.Im training HIT so i can get in and out quick and still grow(Like You Said, I need to Grow),but i dont wanna overtrain so i wanna make sure this sounds ok.
    I was thinking like 3150-3300Kcals 200-225Protein 80fat and 400-450carbs? what do u think divided among 8 meals,Higher Carbs according to the meals their needed in.i mean if im traing with weights four days a week and doing cardio thoes days, Then Doing BJJ on top of that for 2 days then soon adding Muay Thai 2 days that should be sufficient im thinking as long as i have enough cals or possibly a surplus.
    Then i will have 3 days without any Weights or Martial Arts
    Cardio is going to be 2 days steady state run 1 day Sprints 1 day 20-30mins Swimming.

    My main fear is Muscle Loss or OverTraining my body, I figure that if i have the proper Amount of Cals plus Rest i should be ok.

    Thanks Very Much Also, If this is once again to much to ask A simple "Your Overdoing it" or "That sounds Excellent" would be fine lol, Thanks

    Goal is To gain while doing all this, so i may need to eat more

    This man is a go getta. Keep up the good work brah.

    I would think that you'll be doing great if you really understand the principles of high intensity training, there's no way that would be to much even with the carbs @ 450. Hell, you're going to be active as a mofo so you'll need every bit of em.

    If you use this and start seeing muscle loss, or weight loss, just up the cals 400.

    I'd really focus on sleep when you start doing this also, man that's a busy week. I'm not the best with advice, just my 0.02 Good luck!

    i would up the protein to around 300g and start injecting b12, that will help with energy and appetite, you can subq it so you're not sore or get scar tissue buildup

    Id rather not Inject anything in me, Where else can i supplement b-12?

    you really can't very well without injecting, if you take it orally then you lose around 98% during digestion

    are you scared of needles are something?

    look around for sublingual b 12 . i cant speak to its effectiveness personally at all. Im sure if you do searches you can find info on if the increased absorption claims are legit. If so viola no injections.....

    also are b-12injections legal to get? also are the Pins legal in CA?
    Should i just ask my Doc?

    doc won't give you enough, i'm not sure on the laws in CA for needles, but you can get b12 at most research chem sites
