    check out the diet section of the forum and read the stickies... this will give a good basis to start planning out your diet, then once you've done that, post up your stats and what you think a good diet would look like for critique

    you need to be more specific. what do you want to do here? cut, bulk? what are your stats now?

    im 16 stone want to do a cycle someone said need to loose the fat

    Im Age 24, 20% Body Mass,Food daily intake::: Morn: Oats,Banana,3 eggs +Protein shake.Snack- wholemeals bagels,peanutbutter and banana +Honey. Lunch Jacket potato-tuna and salad with brown rice. Snack-shake+apple Dinner-Chicken breasts and fibulous carbohydrates. Snack :milkshake b4 bed. Ive been training (with rest periods) for 5 years. Inlusive of high cardio via boxing and free weights.Ive had 4 months off and Im now 16 stone.Im 6ft 1in tall. Is this enough info to help me?? if not i can provide more. many thanks

    Yeah, the general rule of thumb is a BF% of 15 or lower before cycling to reduce side effects. How much of each of these foods are you eating?

    Just from what you've posted, you will need to cut out a lot of carbs to cut down some bodyfat. Most of your choices are pretty good, so once you post up the amounts (or as close a you can guess) we'll get you sorted out
