    Help with my Paleo diet

What do you guys think? I'm just looking for some opinions/ideas. It has been working really well with me and the low carbs doesn't effect me at all. I actually feel better and less hungry. Still get sugar cravings though. That white devil!

    My stats
    6ft
    82.5 Kgs (181.5lbs)
    73 Kgs lean mass (160.5)

    Goals
    80 Kgs (175lbs)
    74 Kgs lean mass (162.8)

I plan on cheating Fri nights (drinking) and somewhat clean saturday mornings. My workouts are REALLY intense and short (20-35 mins). How many weeks more do you think it will take to get to my goals?

    Questions:

Should I add a sweet potato in my post workout meal on my Power (weightlifting) days? My training split is 5-2

In my humble opinion you need to add some more good carbs.
Cut the bacon and switch to FF Cheese in meal one.

I would either add the sweet potato that you were talking about, a couple red potatoes, or at least some oats to your PWO meal.

Hard to say how long till you reach your goal as everybody is different, but i think that if it were me we were talking about.... 6 pounds of fat? ..maybe 3ish weeks tops. (Cardio, my friend. Don't forget it.)

what were your cals like before? dropping down to 1600/day is pretty extreme right off the bat, you'll lose muscle, certainly won't gain any as per your goals. why are you waiting 2 hours for your post-workout meal? Have something asap after training
