i'm f*** FAT, help please
Ok here the thing i almost never look at my image in the mirror.
Mistake, today i did. I this months of supersedentary job if became FAT without realizing how grossly fat i've become. I've got that floater on mi abs and well you know...
So tomorrow i'll start dieting and cardio 7 days a week.
what do you think is best
a) 3 pro/fat meals and 3pro/carb meals
or
b) divide the total daily carbs in 5 meals and the last be pro/fat
some supplements THATS ARE NOT fat-burner containing tons of cafeine, taurine, gurana teine etc etc that WORK/HELP????

I found minimal carbs to be the best way to shed fat but I did it in conjunction with alot of caffeine and energy drinks. Do cardio when you wake up before eating.

i can't do cardio on empty stomach, by minute 5 i start feeling dizzy, feel like shit basically.
The option i though was cardio prior to my last meal, which will be a pro/fat meal.

If you get light headed in the A.M. you could always do your cardio after lifting...

voland i lost 27 lbs in two months a year ago... i just changed my diet- you can do it bro take pic and do a before and after... plus, dsm will think you hot either way - you can be his big teddy bear till you get ripped

I agree w/doing cardio right after weights. Try steady state cardio 30-45 min/4 days per week and get your diet in check. JMO...
