Hi,

Trying to cut down just now so looking for a bit of help with my diet.
Have tried to put protein, fats and carbs as accurate as possible.

I have just made this diet based on what I think so try not to be too harsh.

I am not fat by any means - roughly 13-14%.
Weight - 210lbs
Height - 6 Foot

7.30am Cardio - 35 mins

8.20am - Oats - 12g Protien, 7.6g Fat, 61.2g Carbs
Protien Shake - 48g Protein, Trace fat and carbs

11.00am - Can of Tuna - 33g Protein, 0.5g Fat, 0g Carbs
1/2 cup veg - don't know P/F/C for this

2.15pm - Salmon Fillet - 28g Protein, 17g Fat, (dont know carbs 0g)
Baked Beans - 14g Protein, 0.6g Fat, 30g Carbs

4.30pm - Chicken/Tuna - 33g Protein, 0.5g Fat, 0g carbs
1/2 cup veg - don't know P/F/C for this

Workout

Post Workout - BSN Cell Mass
Protein Shake - 48g Protein, Trace fat and carbs

7.30pm - Chicken/Meat - 40g Protein, (if meat around 20g Fat), trace carbs
Rice/Pasta - 70g Carbs - SHOULD THIS BE LOWER ??

10.00pm - Cottage Cheese - 25g Protein, 1.5g Fat, 0g Carbs
1 scoop protien - 22g Protein, trace fat and carbs


Totals (rough) - 290g Protien, 160g Carbs, 28g Fat (48 if Meat - once a week)

I am taking clenbuterol at the moment.

I am thinking maybe I need more protein - 30g more roughly - what do you guys think.
