    Should I weigh everything??

    What do you think of todays diet...I'm cutting and so far since Nov.1 I've lost about 17-20lbs... I have about that to go....

    I woke up at 3:00PM (I work nights this week)

    Cardio 45min 3.2mph 5 incline (Empty stomach)
    4:00 1 scoop of whey, 1 cup of egg whites and 1 cup of oats
    5:00 1 cup of egg whites and Tbs. Nat. Peanut Butter
    7:30 1 can of tuna and 1 can of Asparugus
    10:00 2 scoops of ON Pro Complex (Mix of diff. protein sources) (60g. protein)
    12:30 1 chicken breast and 1/2 can of Aspargus
    3:00 1 salmon and 1/2 can of Aspargus
    5:30 1 London Broil
    7:30 1 cup cottage cheese and 1 Tsp. Nat. Peanut Butter

    One thing I dont do it weigh my protein I just give my self a piece that I know won't over fill me. Just make me satified. Do you think I should buy a scale?? On workout days I add an extra cup of oats and yesterday I did 1 cup of brown rice because my body was cryin' for it. I only had 6hrs. of sleep and I need the extra energy...

    Sorry to cut in here but what are Oats? I keep seeing people post them in their diet but i don't know what they are, anyone inform me?

    This sounds more like a lilfe-style approach. I think it's a good thing.

    I personally weigh everything, b/c I'm pretty anal.
