New to the Diet Business
Hello,
Ive been working out for some time now, but never have really had a strict diet which i need now because im going on a cycle soon and want the max results.
Ive always tried to eat clean but never really looked into details of Protien, Carbs, Fats & Cals... etc
So now im going to start, can someone please try to guide me?
I will be using alot of supplements, should i write what im using here to get some proper info ?
My stats for now :
24 Years Old
6'0"
213 lb
BF ? I dont even know how to calculate this.
I did alot of reading and searching, happy with all the information i have found... but still would be happy to get some info directly adviced to me
Thanks in advance, let me know what info i need to add to get some useful advice.
PS: Diet & Workout would be for loosing fat + Adding on some lean muscle

You are going to have to come up with a diet then post the meals with the macros and others can take a look at it and help you. I do not believe anyone here is just going to make a diet up for you. You do the ground work and someone will help you.

Ok This is what i have come up with up till now
Wake Up Around 8:30
GH 4 IU As Soon as I wake up
09:30 AM - Meal One
Nitrex 2 tabs while preparing
4 Egg Whites
1 Whole Egg
Cranberry Juice
Cup of Oatmeal
11:00 AM - Meal Two - BWO
Amino Tech – 6 tablets
Protein Shake 3 scoops
Nitrex 2 tabs
11:15 AM - Workout
02:00 PM - Meal Three - PWO
Muscle Tech – Halo 3 scoops with 12 oz water
Amino Tech – 6 tablets
15 minutes later
Protein Shake 2 scoops + Glutamine 1 tea spoon
4:00 PM - Meal Four
Salmon, Steak, Chicken or Turkey
Veggies
7:00 PM - Meal Five
Salmon, Steak. Chicken or Turkey
Veggies
9:00-11:00 PM - Meal Six – Before Bed
Protein Shake 1 scoop + Glutamine 1 tea spoon
Now this isnt complete yet and i would appreciate any comments and directions or additions.
I still have to figure out when to take the winny and MAD
Please give me some feedback, dont want to start using any of the supps or injections till i figure this all out and get it in order

Your numbers dont mean anything without quantity. You could be anywhere from 1500-5000 calories with what you posted.
