how do u all do ur eggs in the moirning, do u crak them into a glas and just drink them

I eat 5 egg whites with 2 whole eggs all scrambled. You can drink them too or put them into a protein shake.

wat just take tho yellow bit out of them and put it into a weight gainer drink? or is a weight gainer enuf for breakfast? **bodyfortress super muscle and weight gainer shake***

id personally not eat or drink raw eggs - safer as well as more bioavailable when cooked

I always cook mine too. The egg whites can be purchased in liquid cartons.

if i had 8 eggs for breakfast... say 9.00 then a shake at 11.00 chicken at 1.00 then a shake a 3 ... then a dinner at 5 , would that be an ideal diet to start on?

jimmylinkedup, im new to all this and im just trying to gather information of how to diet mate, ive asked people to list me a diet to follow but they wont so im just trying to get bit by bit.

off the cuff id say no .....what kind od diet are you looking for ? to lose weight i sauume? are you tring for low/no carb ? whats your gaol here?

my goal is to get big lol... i just want to build up, i started on stedz but the guys on here said they are really not my answer and i need to cum off them, i have no diet and too bodybuild i want to do it the right way, theres no point me keep feeding myself tabs wen im not working with them

so the sample diet in the thread i posted above will be pretty damn close for you. Id start with that or something where calories and macros are almost the same and tweak it from there bro.... would be much better than what you posted and a pretty decent starting point...
