I would only use the casein and not tje cottage cheese before bed. To many carbs to late at night if your trying to cut. I would probably leave out the protein bar to. Mosty of them are loaded in calories and sugars. It looks pretty good. What are your stats? Age, Height, Weight?

6 whole eggs? To many cals and fat there. Try 1-2 whole eggs then 6-8 egg whites
snack: can tuna 2 slices wholewheat bread
I would drop the bread and go with some efa's instead (ex. almonds)
lunch: 2 x chicken breasts, 75-100g brown rice or pasta and green veggies
    good
snack pre-workout: protein bar or whey isolate shake and a banana
Lean protein source (ex. can of tuna) and 1 cup of oats instead
post workout: whey isolate shake and a banana
good, but might want to add 1/2 cup oats
dinner: grilled fish or chicken, brown rice or pasta, vegetables, and salad.
No carbs here, substitute efa's (ex. almonds, olive oil, fish oil) for the carbs
evening snack: casein protein shake protein shake or low fat cottage cheese
Add some efa's here (ex. natural pb)
Comments in bold. Try to limit carbs to breakfast, pre workout, and pwo, all other meals should be protein/fat. Also, mix in veggies (broc) with most meals.

may want to do cardio on an empty stomach so that your body begins to work on stored glycogen instead of whatever you just ate.
