What to eat before bed during a cutter?
I work in a gym late a night. I get my workout in at 8 p.m. and then cardio at 9 p.m. till 10 p.m. Then I have my protien shake and some carbs. I close the gym down at 11 PM. and try to be in bed at around 11:30. Should I take in anything before I go to bed like cottage cheese or something? I am trying to cut right now so I don't want my body storing anything overnight besides maybe some protein. What do you think?

I def. think you need to get some protein and fat in before bed! Fat free cottage cheese or casein protein powder with some efa's will be your best bet. I personally like this: 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese, 1 scoop of ON casein (choc), 1 tbl sp natural pb, a few dashes of cinnamon, 1/2 cup water, a couple ice cubes...Blend everything together and you a nutritious shake that actually taste pretty good.

I'd throw in a table spoon of organic peanut butter or a table spoon of extra virgin olive oil with a protein shake. Or take in a few whole o mega-3 eggs with the yokes.
