Thread: too much ***** 3's?

too much ***** 3's?
i eat 8 eggs each day (4 yolks, 8 whites), and 4 days a week i eat 2 tins of oily fish high in ***** 3's.
I know the egg consumption isnt necessarily extraordinary, but what negative effects could too much ***** 3's have on my body?

Considering that 90% of the diets I see from knowledgeable people here that have the exact same thing in their daily diets(eggs/fish) i'd say nothing but good, but don't quote me on that. I'd really like to know also.
I do know that mercury is in the fish which is bad so...

i eat a ridiculous amount of eggs everyday and the only thing i am ever worried about is the cholesterol in whole eggs. as for mercury i believe there was a guy on here who got mercury poisoning from tuna but he ate 2-3 cans ed for 2yrs b4 he even began to get sick.

I wouldn't worry bout getting too much 0mega-3. These days a lot of people are deficient of it so get as much as you can.

Symptoms associated with excess ***** 3 fatty acids consumption may include hardening of arteries, skin irritation, upset stomach, nausea, unusual and frequent headaches, diarrhea and/or constipation. If these conditions occur, immediately discontinue the use and see a doctor.
Like you said prob doesnt apply to you - but this is what i found. Id think you would be hard pressed to overdue ***** 3's (as ironmaiden708 pointed out) especially without additional high supplementation and a diet high in ***** 3's combined . JMO....
