Hard to tell if that is enough calories for you without all your stats

It seems like a decent diet. Just add some greens and you are good to go.

My diet that I had posted earlier is pretty similar and we have about the same stats. My question is when do you train? I train in the evening around 6ish when Im working, but what if Im off and want to train in the am? Sorry to hijack your thread bro.

I'd move meal six to earlier in the day. Flip it with meal four and add vegetables to the evening meals. Other then that, I think you're good to go.

I think itīs good to have Cottahe cheese and PB as the last meal but maybe you thought that itīs better to change with meal 4 because it has more calories.

I workout between meals 1 and 2 and then at work for meals 3-4-5 so I have limited cooking resources, that is why I have it this way. I had flax in the last meal but I thought it wouldn't be a good idea to take the fat right before bed???? I will add greens to meal 6....how's asparagus???

Your last meal is good. Do what the other guy wrote. Have meal 6 as a Pro/fat meal and eat your asparagus if you want. There are many healthy veggies to choose from.
