protein and lean bodyweight clarification
quick question. when calculating macros or protein in general the 1-2g per "lean bodyweight" rule is NOT including any fat %? am i right?
i.e calculating a persons lean bodyweight of 180lbs taking 1g pro should be taking in 180g of protein daily regardless of total bodyweight and fat?

I dont think it really matters especially when you are talking about 1G-2G per lb. That is a huge variance right there...... More depends on what your trying to do ie bulk or cut etc.

The answer to your question is yes, it would be based on LBM.
