ready to do carbloading, but i would like some oppinions/feedback/mental assurance

    Hi guys

I've been on a diet for a long time now, and I'm currently facing a local winter bodybuilding contest within a few days. I'm already very low on BF, actually I've reached my goal for my BF, so me and my coach has started carb-depleting, which I actually started yesterday.

And what a shock. I feel so flat and skinny, it seems like all my muscles have vanished. I feel tired and my workout is very hard to do properly while on low-carbs, actually I'm starting to doubt that I even should enter this contest after all, because i feel so skinny.

Therefore i was wondering, how much do you "get back" when carbloading and adjusting sodium/water levels (I've already upped my sodium and water intake a lot and I'm looking forward to cut down on these tomorrow)'?

How many pounds of bodyweight should i expect from carbloading? And what in terms of measurements, arms, legs, chest, calves and so on?

I'm really desperate for some feedback on these questions, otherwise I would feel like quitting the contest without entering at all.

How much does carbloading do for you?

This is my first contest tbh.

Any kind of input is very very welcome

Since it's your first contest....consider this a learning expeirence..i'm going to be doing my first show in june and im basically doing it to learn from it. I think alot of what your experiencing is all in your head...once you carb/fat load your muscles should be full again...good luck bro. Hopefully some other people write back.
