I just started my bulking cycle consisting of:

I need some help on how i should set my macros % wise.

That might work but here is the problem.

Let's say you are 200lbs and you want to eat 4000 calories. 400 grams protein would be excessive.

Stats? How many calories are you shooting for?

    I would go 35/45/20

It could be debated that 350g pro is too much, but I don't think it would hurt.

^^ I like that ratio for the numbers he is looking to hit. If he did want to drop to protein down to 30% he could probably get away with it and add in some fat to make up the difference.

Agreed with both, there was just a very similar question to this one in another thread,
Fireguy, any reason to up the fats rather than the carbs to compensate? Is it just because there's more calories in fat and it wouldn't take as big of an adjustment?

That and the fact the fact his carbs would be 450g a day at that ratio. Once you get that high, calorie dense foods make things easier. Much easier to add in some flax than eat another couple sweet potatoes.

Kinda brings you back to the The Zone Diet recommended macros of 30/40/30?
