    Breakfast then napping?

Is it counterproductive to eat breakfast then take a nap for an hour or 2 then wake up and start the day?

    Breakfast consist of

    6 Egg whites
    1/2c Oats
    1/2c Fruit
    BCAAs

Im trying to lean down a bit and cant quite fit all my meals into the day. So I usually wake up for an hour and eat breakfast then go back to bed for another hour or so.

If your worried about burning those calories then don't. Getting up to eat would only make you tired, maybe burn 50 more cals. Negligible values.

Nah, I don't think it would make any noticable difference. You're still digesting, still eating the proper food. No biggie.
