I think phate can do all the math in his head as far as macros etc. He can give helpful advise w/o macros posted. I can't.

For me this info isn't useful without the protein, carbs, fats and calories listed for each meal and a daily total. Fitday.com and calorieking.com are good places to get the info from.

Other than that you need carbs after your workout in meal 5. I wouldn't eat sweet potato meal 6 myself, that would be great in meal 5. I would limit shakes to 2x a day, one of them should be post work out. Your food choices looks excelent otherwise. Also any idea on what your body fat is?

I'd like to know what your cardio regiment looks like.

do you only do cardio once a day? or do you ever run at night?

Are you ever hungry on this diet? If you are, then you will be tempted to cheat. I think you are proably not eating enough, but who knows with out the macros.

I think your food choices and cardio schedule are both fine. Just get the amounts dialed in and you have a great program to get started on.

    Yes, yes, yes...

You can have a perfect diet but if it is 1000 calories above or below your Total Daily Energy Expenditure, what good is that?
