hungry as hell at night
this is my diet at the beggining it was ok the food and everythnig but now after around 7 i start getting really hungry so i start thinking bout cheating but ya im allways hungry after 7 this is my diet
BREAKFEST
4 eggs ( i try to eat more but i gag its too many eggs)
1cup oatmeal
1cup of blueberry
SNACK 1
protein shake 2 scoops
MEAL 1
3/4 brown rice
6oz chiken
1cup vegetable
SNACK 2
protein shake
MEAL 2
1 sweet potato
6 oz either chiken breast or lean steak
BEDTIME
caseine shake

Filler or “FREE” food to be used anytime to counteract hunger:
Baby Spinach 1 Cup 6 grams
Asparagus 4 Spears 2.75 grams
Celery 1 Stalk Less than 1 gram
Cucumber 3.5 oz 2 grams
Tomatoes 3.5 oz 4 grams
Zucchini 3.5 oz 3.35 grams
I sometimes make these into a soup or stew and keep it in the fridge, then when hunger strikes I warm myself up a bowl.

You bet. When I first started my cutting diet I was hungry all the time, these have negligable calories and good fiber content. They did the trick for me.
