is this a good bulking diet???
meal 1:
1.5 cup of oats
12 oz milk
1 scoop whey
3 tbspn pb
meal 2:
8 oz sweet potato
6 oz 93/7 ground beef
meal 3:
1 cup oats
5 whole eggs
.5 scoop of whey
meal 4:
8 oz sweet potato
6 oz turkey burger or 93/7 beef
meal 5:
1 cup oats
12-16 oz milk
1 scoop pro peptide
2 tbspn pb
train
pwo shake:
50 grams whey iso
75 grams wms
10 grams bcaa
15 grams creatine mono
5 grams taurine
pwo meal
12 oz white potato
2 cans tuna
meal 8:
1.5 cup of oats
12 egg whites
1 scoop whey
meal 9:
8 oz sweet potato or 1 cup oats
6 oz lean beef
meal 10:
2 cans tuna
3-4 tbspn pb
totals: calories 6661 fat 194 carbs 670 protein 546

I realize this is way too much for my size but wouldn't I bulk up a lot quicker consuming this much? Or would it be a better idea to take in the right amount for my stats? I am new to dieting and everything so I am not sure exactly how much I should be taking in for my size.

protein is way to high bro.! At your size you can eat a lot less and still grow quickly.. Depends how fat you want to get. With that diet, you will put on a fair amount of fat, that's for sure.

I would like to sit around to gain 15 pounds in the next 3 months. I think that is a reasonable goal with how I will be eating..... Since I know pretty much nothing about diet any suggestions? Since I am bulking should I have more carbs, protein? etc, I am clueless......

I think this is a good bulking diet if you are 250lbs with 10% body fat.

I would be drinking green tea like a madman. Try and add more antioxidants to your diet.

At your size I would start with 3000 cals a day 300g pro 300g carb 70g fat. I would add 100g carbs more after 3-4 weeks if you aren't gaining.
