Bulking and cutting?
Do you think its a good idea for me to do three months of bulk and at least 3 months of cutting phase (or until desired fat loss)
I have this phobia that i am going to loose ll the muscle i built on the cutting phase too?
how should i lift while cutting and home much cardio is appropriate on a cutting diet?
any tips and advice is apprecaited.
