Summer diet (Please critique)
Meal 1- 6 whole eggs (Vegiterian Fed hens)
Meal 2- 50 grams Whey & 2 Tbls All Natty PB
Meal 3- 8oz Grilled Chicken or Fish, 1 cup Green Veggies & 1/2 Cup Raw Almonds.
Meal 4- 50 grams Whey & 2 Tbls All Natty PB
Meal 5- 8oz Salmon, 1 cup Green Veggies & 2Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Meal 6- 50 grams Whey & 2 Tbls All Natty PB
Supplement Support- Mega Men Multi Vit, Luciene, BCAA's ect
Currently Running 3iu's Thanktropin and will continue throughout summer up to 4iu's. I also have 2000mcgs of LR3 on hand.
April 1st I will start running 50mgs oral winnie ED. 75mgs Tren Ace ED and 600mgs EQ per week.

I was also thinking about substituting 1TBSP of Fish oil for the PB in 1 of my shakes.

we either need to know your stats or your TDEE, the latter being the better option
