chocolat craving
i know this might b a stupid question but im eating pretty good sticking with my cutting diet im 194 trying trying to reach 185 maybe even less so ive been eating good no cheat meals sice 3 months but lately i get the freekin chocolate craving and eat like a bar at nigh but i feel like shit and next day i hit the cardio is it that bad for someone thats cutting or not so bad again i know its stupid question maybe for some but it would put my mind right thnks

how are the rest of the carbs in your diet? are you getting enough? is it that time of the month?

im on high protein low carb low fat and i stay away from carbs after 5 dont really count them, but i know the carbs are very low

i swear every nigh i starve but i think about my otmeal with the strawberrys and blueberrys at the end of that night waiting so i go to sleep early waiting for 8am to come lolol i think that meal is the best from all them i like chiken but dawm everyday same shit anwyas its not so bad beat mc deez and those dirty food but still go the craving but ya maybe more aotmeal will b good then just 1 cup no

i never use to eat chocolate i mean i never ate it for like 2 years but since ive been cutting i crave for it almost everyday and to make it worse ive just landed the contract on the mars bar factory so im fcked lololol ,but honestly just get some celebrations and grab a couple of sweets when u feel like alittle bit it does have some good points about it !
just dont eat a sht load!

lol im telling myself at least twice a week but before 5pm but its soooooooooo goooood yet i feel soooo bad like if i cheated on my girl lol and ya for real i never eat chocolat and now im craving all sorts of sweets

Try a handful of coco puffs or some other chocolate cereal. Its not quite as bad, but be careful to limit it and not eat the whole box. If that doesn't help, just look at this pic and realize that your discipline will pay off.

oh and i eat chocolate everyday
usually cocoa powder with splenda in my cottage cheese shake
but i also eat alot of sweets.
