I'm curious, what are you 4k+ ppl spending each week on food?

Ok, given my weight and goals I need 4k or so calories and ~300-400 grams of protein each day. I put up my current diet that basically reaches those goals, and was told it sucked. I cannot afford to spend any more than I'm already spending (100-150 a week).

So I'm curious what you guys/gals are spending each week on food. I don't know if all the tuna and chicken, eggs, etc is more or less than what I've been getting.

Sorry if this is an odd question, I just need to see if it is even feasible for me to try and reshape my whole diet.

There has been another thread about this a while back. I'll see if I can find it, I usually don't ever spend more than 100 bucks a week. I think that was the common consensus on the other thread too...

tho i guess it will be roughly same type meals, but not as much of a focus on keep mega low bf.

I can do the avg of 100 a week easily tho, ill have to fire up the sam's club card for bulk tuna/chicken, etc

And I own all my own weight equip, so no costs there.

I read that thread and I dont see how people get away with 100 bucks a wk, I wish I could pull that im at around 200 a wk for food when im bulking without including supps.
I have gotten it down to 150 a wk for 4200 cals ed but that is not enough food how do you guys do it what are your average prices for steak, chicken, tuna, salmon, ground beef ect. I have tried everything to save money and I can't.

I do for the limited stuff they sell in bulk and the prices aren't much different from what I get at the grocery store.

I am lucky because we are provided food at work. About all I have to buy is eggs and oatmeal for my breakfast. I am in good with the guy who runs the cafeteria at work so after i eat there before I leave he gives me a couple huge to go containers. All goos stuff too like fish, steak, and chicken.

It's beautiful having all your own equipment. Mine is all out in the garage. My car sure gets cold in the winter, but I got the power rack to my damn self, I'll work in it as long as I want whenever I want. Sam's Club is the greatest friend to a big time eater. They have ten lb bags of chicken for cheap. I dunno how much, my wife just goes and buys like five bags at the beginning of every month for me

I understand this predicament as i struggle with the cost of food. You guys get it cheaper over there as well. I drink excessive amounts of milk to supplement my diet as it's cheap and packed with calories, prob works out quite expensive over time but it's easily available and can be bought every day to spread the cost 2 litles 1,000 cals so not too bad.
