4800+ cal guys need advice trying to cut budget

for people who eat 4800 or more cals ed what kind of foods are you eating and how much per meal. Im trying to cut spending and I can't figure out how without lowering my daily cals. when bulking the foods I eat are eggs, slab ham, oats, fat free yogurt, bananas, 96/4 ground beef, chicken, tuna, salmon, ribeye steak (when its on sale), brown rice, broccolli, whole wheat pasta, peanut butter. condiments: ketchup, low fat mayo, onion mix(for meatloaf), worcestercire sauce, relish, garlic powder, pepper, chicken marinade. any tips on how I can cut cost without dropping cals. Ive tried using different cheaper types of fish but they dont have enough cals I would have to eat way too much. I would like to get down to 100 bucks a wk but Im not sure its possible. what do your guys meals look like and how much are you spending?

order the meat (chicken breast, etc) from a local butcher. you can buy it in bulk.

if not order it from the internet and they can ship it to you.

it's much cheaper to buy in bulk and just freeze it all.

I eat tons of chicken. Once a month I buy it on sale for $1.60lb in 10lb bags. I freeze a bunch of them and just cut it up and cook it when I need it once or twice a week. I eat lots of oats that I can get 100 servings for $7. I try to stick to a strict budget and don't spluge on a lot of expensive meats or fish. I do buy some green veggies and nuts each week.
