Liquid egg whites?
Hi i've been looking into purchasing liquid egg whites and i've been reading a lot of info on cooked whole eggs vs liquid egg whites. There seems to be a lot negative info against egg whites because they do not contain the whole nutrients and not being cooked means they don't digest properly.
Just wondering what you guys think?
Also does the heat treatment for liquid egg whites allow the amino acids to bond properly?

Cook them, protein becomes more bioavailable and you neutralize avidin.
