cold cuts - what's your opinion?

Sometimes I'll have a slice of lean turkey breast here and there. Today I even had 6 slices and 3 egg whites 3 whole eggs and one teaspoon olive oil to get as many calories as I would with a normal meal!

So my question is if cold cuts should be avoided when cutting, or are they good to consume? What do you guys think?

I was wondering this myself. If you got roast beef as a lean beef option. Or turkey as you had mentioned. It would make everything so much easier. Sorry I couldnt help but I was curious as well

Haha no problem. Yeah it make it so easy to consume real food instead of shakes but with a lot less preparation! I'm sure some guys will chime in and give us their opinion!

Ill have to dig up a few articles later (cant now) that suggest cold cuts aren't as beneficial as other foods. I could be wrong but this is what i read a ways back.

If I am really hungry and need some food quick I will stop in at a super market and pick up the meat ends from the deli. Cost less than a dollar and takes the hunger off til I get home. This is only if I have forgotten my food before travelling mind you so it does not happen very often.

boars head is pumped full of fillers to make it taste better. Cold cuts are usually filled with sodium and the are processed meats!

    No Go!
