    cold cuts... low sodium turkey breast (ill usualy eat this with something, hard to take it down by its sefl), london broil, cooked chicken.. make brown rice, yams, sweet potatos and spice em up in every different way u can think of untill u find what you like best... get creative with all your foods...

    go get lost in a supermarket and start reading nutritional values...

    u know what you need, u just gotta go find it...

    stay away from processed ro enriched foods.. keep to the basics...
