I'm being completely straight up when I say there aren't any magic pills to drop weight. Damn sure wish there was. It's going to be a mix of cardio, diet, and supplements that do the trick. Unless she has medical issues that impede her progress.

Also, there are prescription meds to assist with weight loss but that's all they do is assist. A proper diet, exercise, and supplement regimen would be much healthier and more likely to work.

Wow, there are all kind of OTC supplements to help. Caffeine, green tea extract ,etc and that's just a few. My suggestion would be for her to sign up and create her own account. That way she could discuss with other female members which diet strategies and supplements were effective for them.

keep in mind all of those things are just that , a BOOST, they will not take the place of the diet , cardio or training

    eca, or clen would help

why dont u post up a detailed diet and let us figure out your chicks bmr and tdce... that would help out alot more then these damn pills...

    female BMR = 655 + ( 4.35 x weight in pounds ) + ( 4.7 x height in inches ) - ( 4.7 x age in years )

once you have that number, you can multiply it by an activity number to figure out your daily caloric expenditure, be honest here as this is the very cornerstone of your diet, if you are between two of the below activity levels then just multiply by a number in between them

To determine your total daily calorie needs, multiply your BMR by the appropriate activity factor, as follows:

If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
    If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
    If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
    If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9

while ur at it, give me your chicks stats

    age
    weight
    heigh
    bf

I still think that it would benefit her if she created her own account and user name and talked with the other female members.

Adderall. It will boost metabolism and she WILL lose weight. Unfortunately it suppresses appetite as well so force food down her throat or she'll end up being like my wife, 5'6'' 103 lbs, and like 30% body fat (exaggerated of course, but srsly she looks like a holocaust survivor but she still jiggles when I slap her ass)

    1. sign her up for an account here
    2. get her to write down what she eats during the day/week
    3. remove all sh!t food, replace with clean substitutes
    4. introduce cardio and weight training
    5. pick a certain day in the week for a cheat 'meal' (not cheat day)
    6. if your girl wants to count calories- refer to jamyjamjr post
    7. introduce appropriate supplements
