macros being different for the same food??
i have always gone by the same general rule that one ounce of meat equals 6 grams of protein.
I have noticed that you can grab the same type of food and you can look at the macros on the back and they will be compelty different.
hence i was looking at salmon and one package said 7 oz had 18 grams of fat and 36 grams of protein, but then there must have been some super salmon next to it cuz it was 5.5 oz and it only has 11g of fat at 38 g of protein
they were both salmon, but the same is with chicken and everything else...why is that the same food always seems to have different macros??
