when it comes to meat for bulking, i've just been eating boneless chicken breast, or fish
i'd like to switch up to steaks or some type of beef, to be clear i have no knowledge on steaks or beef since i never ever branch out.. but since im bulking i figure now is my time to

i use very lean ground beef like 93%
and have a steak almost everyday !!!
I try for lean steaks, but you need to really tenderize them as the leaner they are the tougher they are

i think im lookin for when
selecting beef, cuts labeled "Choice" or "Select" instead of "Prime" right
such as * Round steak
* 95% lean ground beef
* Chuck shoulder roast
* Arm pot roast
* Shoulder steak
* Strip steak
* Tenderloin steak
* T-bone steak
and extra-lean is
* Eye of round roast
* Top round steak
* Mock tender steak
* Bottom round roast
* Top sirloin steak
does that look ok to you guys?

it's good to rotate your protein sources.
I eat lean beef (96/4) daily whether bulking or cutting.
