haha yea of all the things i put i forgot that one.. here it is

    BMR-1970
WORKOUT DAYS ABOUT 5-600 CALORIES BURNED
    on workout days -2470/2570
(goal is to maintain, promote lean muscle mass)
-today i did back and hams and got stronger then the previous week.. maybe the diet is in fact working the way i want it to... if i do start to go down in strength, would you say that another 1/2 cup of oats in the morning will be sufficient.. id be around 2685 calories with that added in on and off days and rougly 252g carbs daily

well i believe the weight im losing is good, given todays workout i got stronger. my electronic scale sucks horribly at taking my body fat it spits ridiculous numbers. i am looking to get it done by gettign dipped as soon as i can find a university doing it. i had someone use the calipers to measure which was 13.7 so i have to go back to him to do it again soon.
