question on overall products for bulk
when going to a bulk, should its alright to began purchasing like
whole milk vs slim milk
%2 cottage cheese vs fat free cottage cheese
things like that, or just stick to the fat free products?
also my current calorie breakdown is
2310 calories / 213g protein 37%/ 252g carbs 43% / 55g fat 21%
give or take, for I.E i dont eat pineapples everyday so carb is usually lower
this breakdown simply maintains my 150lb , and it never moves
-im prepared to bulk but thing is i believe im going to get a weight gainer to put in the 1,000 calories ,any advice on that?
i noticed weight gainers have breakdowns of like 5g fat 60g protein and like 250g+ of carbs, whats up with that?
around 3500, im gonna go for
i know food for 3500 is ideal but man, i dunno how i could eat that much, weight gainer is the easy way out, but im gonna give it a try.. any adivce on products?
i'd be happy to put my current 2310 cal diet if ur interested in looking at it
