Post Sex Nutrition
Here's one for you nutrition experts out there. Say you engage in sex for a period of 20+ minutes. Would that count as a workout and should you have a pwo shake? If it's at 1 in the morning should you eat carbs?
Any other questions you guys can think of and some answers...
