    Quick bulking question

    Just wondering what you guys think are some of the best foods to include in your diet, and to eat alot of when you are trying to put on ALOT of mass?

    ummm... there's no diff between bulking foods and cutting foods, it's just the amount u eat...

    you shouldn't be eating junk just cuz your bulking guys...

    eat alotta meat.. wheat pastas okay, pb and j is okay if the jelly is sugar free...

    its common sense..

    in the end, have u meet ur needed macros with good wholesome calories, that's what counts

    ^^ Exactly. For example, I drink milk sparingly while cutting, but drink at least a gallon/day while bulking. Make sure not to eat crap while bulking, you'll just be making cutting that much harder afterwards.

    I have to disagree, there are certain food types that i would eat when bulking but wouldnt eat when cutting...

    However because this works for me it doesnt mean it will work for others...

    i agree to this as well, although i have staple foods always in my diet, unless running keto or some sort of carb cylcing. ie: oats, brown rice are staples for sure along with london broil, chicken, turkey, egg whites, casein supplement, flax. things liek peant butter will be substitutes during a bulking phase/and or whole wheat and sweet potatoes.

    Awesome, this is good news. I love milk. And usually drink alot of it. I have been eating alot of pasta. Plenty of lean meats. I think i'm on the right track.

    Simple carbs ok? Like, alot of them? Or is it still best to stick with complex?

    yea no simple during breakfeast if your lookin to cut.. and for pwo do nto have something too simple like an orange-replenishes liver glycogen you want something SEMI SIMPLE LIKE PLAIN BAGEL, ETC.
