    ditto.

Godson, there should be macros on the product itself.

96/4 is the way to go.

Hard to give an answer. Meat can be anywhere from 80-96% and still be labeled "lean".

The highest I have found at my local supermarket that I like is around 98% Lean. I usually eat ~8 ounces in one sitting.

Get a scale and weigh it out, def will keep you on point........

If you have a good Butcher talk to him or her and see if they can get the info for you or just ask them to make you extremely lean cuts ground up. If you go to a supermarket the butcher is usually there earlier in the day, usually never there at night which is most of time I personally go cause of work.
