    need some diet advice

    hey guys looking to lean out a little. i am 6'4 235, 14-15% bf.

    m1: 6 egg whites 2 whole eggs, 1 cup oats

    m2: whey protien, lettuce and spinach

    m3: chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice

    PWO
    m4: whey protien

    m5: chicken breast or london broil, broccoli

    m6: cottage cheese, articke, 1/2 cup whey

    BMR 2324.9 X 1.3 = 3196.74 cal
    all input highly appreciated

    Is this your current daily diet? You are having to many shakes. You need real food. please post the macros for each meal as well as it seems this is not enough and meals are lacking balance.
