I have been doing an ass load of ab workouts, I just dont know how to put together a solid diet program that will still allow me to bulk but at the same time slim down in the stomach. Can anyone lend me there diet program please, I want to do this asap. Thanks guys and gals

those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs, fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL

To bring you abs out you really need to lower body fat %. Some people carry their body fat more in some areas then others. Diet and cardio are going to be the main ingredients in removing body fat. You can not pick where your body fat gets removed from your body, you must just reduce it all. So doing an ass load of ab work outs wont really help other then that when your body fat is reduced they will be more defined.

I'd recommend concentrating on EITHER bulking up OR cutting down.
Trying to do both at once will only serve to have you spinning your wheels. It's all a process.......

you should make your own thread

but to answer your question you have to play off the numbers you CURRENTLY EAT, and id personally eat at maintenance and just bump up cardio for the extra 3-500 calories
