    Slowing Metabolism down?

My question is that do 2 smaller meals in a row start to slow down ypour metabolism?

    Meal 1: approx. 380-400 Kcal
    Meal 2: approx. 200 Kcal
    Meal 3: approx. 200 Kcal
    Meal 4: approx. 360-390 Kcal
    Meal 5: approx. 360-390 Kcal
    and so on.......

My question is that do you start slowing down your metabolism by eating 2 smaller meals in a row?

This may seem like a dumb question lol, but I was just wondering about it.

Eating general tends to stimulate metabolism, of course there are exceptions.

So you'd say that having 2 smaller meals isn't a tragedy?

    They're not shakes btw!

Looks fine but what is your reasoning for not keeping your cal intake steady throughout the day?
    Example:
    7:30AM Meal 1: approx. 300 Kcal
    10:00AM Meal 2: approx. 300 Kcal
    12:30PM Meal 3: approx. 300 Kcal
    3:30-11:00PM Meals 4-7 approx. 300 Kcal

The body is more effecient in burning if your cal intake is held somewhat consistent. Obviously, meals like pre and pwo are hard to the cals relatively close to your other meals (due to mostly carb intake) but do your best and you will be rewarded with a fat burning machine. The body accuires homeostasis so if you consume 300 cals your 1st meal then the body wants to see 300 cals your next meal

Thanks, it's a lot more complex than the info I have given above but this gives a good understanding.

Thanks for the info bro, I'm trying to do my best to keep them equal.

Thing is during Meal 2 & 3 I'm in class, so eating something bigger is difficult at times.
