Mash Potato?
I feel like a noob, but its better to ask than not....
Im thinking purely about carbs here, is it ok to make a big plate of mash potato to put with my meat?
The way I may it, is I make it creamy with butter and milk.....
Or would this be a bad choice of carbs?
Thanks all

The potato itself isn't bad, but the butter and cream are not your best choices if you are trying to lose fat !

Hmm what about if I made it with low fat milk, and low fat butter?
Ide like it as a source of carbs because I can eat alot of it at once.

Totally depends on your entire nutritional breakdown for the day, your goals, what meal this pertains to, how much you eat, with what, etc.
It's a rather open-ended inquiry, answering as posed is impossible.
Narrowing down the inquiry with specifics would yield a better return advice wise. Accuracy is very key!

I'd have it with CHIPS, just to balance things out ;-)

i use white potatoes ALL the time especially when bulking.
The point we are trying to make to you is that you have to figure it in with your daily calories, carbs, fats, ect.....
you can either do it right and stay CLEAN or you can do it dirty and add TOO much fat with the extra cream and butter......its your diet

Ahh I understand....I want to do it clean.
I just need to find a way to do it, without it tasting like cardboard lol.

i find that its easier to make sweet potatos taste good than white. just add some splenda and cinnomon and your good to go.
