Yea I am thinking of adding in the baked potato in the meal after the gym.
The problem is any bread really stays in my mid section so I want to add in another complex carb thats not bread and I already have the oatmeal.....

try brown rice or cooked oatmeal. I find these very filling. If you want a baked potatoe go with sweet potatoe as apposed to regular ones unless its pwo. Also if your looking to feel ful eat all the green fiborious veggies you can. IE lettuce, celery, broc, spinach are just a few

Its not about "feeling" full its about filling in. I am doing mainly some cutting (and gaining mass) and I lost a good amount of BF and weight and my strength is good and I have gained some good lean muscle with the anavar i am on (only 1 week and 2 days in), but I am trying to fill in a little more so the addition of a baked potato for dinner right after my workout thought might help in this fashion.........
