    Cutting diet.

    I know this needs some work so looking for some input.
    My stats are
    Age 37
    Weight 182.6
    Height 71"
    BF% 14.3

    Meal 1
    10 egg whites and 2 whole eggs Cal 300 Fat 9.60 Carb 3.4 Pro 48
    1 cup oatmeal Cal 300 Fat 6 Carb 54 Pro 10
    Total Cal 600 Fat 15.6 Carb 57.4 Pro 58

    Snack 1
    Protien shake Cal 270 Fat 4 Carb 7 Pro 52

    Meal 2
    1 can tuna fish Cal 159 Fat 1.5 Carb .1 Pro 36.3
    2 slices Ezekiel bread Cal 160 Fat 1 Carb 30 Pro 8
    Total Cal 319 Fat 2.5 Carb 30.1 Pro 44.3

    Snack 2
    2 Tbs of natty PB Cal 200 Fat 15 Carb 7 Pro 9

    Meal 3
    Large salad Cal 200
    2 chicken breasts Cal 260 Fat 2 Carb 0 Pro 54
    Total Cal 460 Fat 2 Carb 0 Pro 54

    Pwo shake

    looks good, those are oats were talkin about right, not prepackaged oatmeal?

    eh id limit this and just eat meals every 2.5-3 hours with no snacks.. JMO

    id save my fats for after PWO meals... i personally dnt use PB unless bulking up a little, i stick to my oils

    looks good, although you should probly swap this meal with your ezekiel bread meal to get some LOW GI carb source for prolonged energy in the gym

    doesnt need much work lol, it really depends on what works for you... people have their preferences, although itd be nice to have your BMR

    tigershark, u asked me to look at your diet, seems eat has already done it and im in accord with him.. follow his advice

    yes, we have basically the same principles when it comes to dieting, good to have you back jammy

    dont get used to it for another 7 days.. i have finals next week man... so i wont be in here as much as i'd like to
