    Diet help. need more calories

    Below is my diet. i am about 7% bf at the moment. i did my calculations and i am not getting enough calories. I would like to maintain or go up a little bit in strength (maybe 5 lbs max) but don't want to put on more fat. What should i add here, another shake?

    I tend to get fat very easily, therefore i like to keep my carbs very low.

    too many shakes IMO you cuold use a million diff lean food sources.. you get quite somem sugar for staying at 7% BF

    The glucose is sugar yes, but that isn't going to make me fat as i take it right after my workout (since i have added it, it has really helped me grow, but have not gained any fat). The only other sources of sugar would be a few strawberries and a banana in the morning. Is that too much??
