carbs r bad Or good ?
i read that 70% of people are carb intolerent, but most mass diets i read about have almost as much grams of carbs as they do protein and some say to keep em for mostly post workout and morning only

maybe carb sensitive? but cabrs at the right times are good... you need carbs for brain function, etc. if you manipulate the macros and have carbs at the right times (breakfast, pre workout meal (s), and PWO meals, you should eb fine.

I am in the camp that believes carbs are beneficial and required whether bulking or cutting. I have them at all times of the day. As long as they fit into your allotted macros go for it

this is False, there is alot more to it than that.
To the OP, If your and ENDO such as myself you need to be careful with carbs untill you are very lean and staythat way for a period of time 3-6-12 months depends on the person for your body to get used to being that lean.
I am carb sensitive and take carbs in 3 meals Pwo,PPwo,and after wrestling training.
For the average BBer who is carb sensitive its like stated above Meal 1, Pre-Wo,PWo and if needed PPwo.
Complex carbs are good for cutting because the generally have a lower GI and in simple terms, are less likely so be stored as adipose tisse, Fat.
Simple Carbs are also beneficial though i like them with complex carbs in meal 1 and pre and post workout.
Saying any one carb is bad is completely false i am pretty sure all fruits are simple carbs and none of them are bad for you they have tons of vitamins and nutrients and are a great source of energy, as are many Complex carbs like
Brown rice, oats, potatoes, ezekiel bread, whole wheat posta.etc.
so really it depends on your body, BTW im not a fan of keto(low-no carb diets). but to each his own IMO there are many ways to skin a cat, but that being said. Which is the Optimal way to skin a Cat? Not Keto IMO.
