    Pam Macros?

First of all what do you guys think about using this pam spray, let's say for scrambeled eggs and such? How many times per week do you use the spray?

I personally don't use it everyday, just when I need to cook eggs a little faster(boiling takes forever lol).

Do you guys count/include the macros from pam in your meals? It's kinda hard to do lol.

Thanks for your responses in advance.

its not significant because they advertise 1/3 sec spray as zero down the line.. but who the hell sprays 1/3 second? 1 second is 7 calories and less than 1g fat... i only know this because i was reading it for the last week haha.. i stick to the olive oil one now just because the pam butter is made with canola oil

Yeah, I thought Canola was an EFA too?

Thou if there's a Olive Oil version, then I'll probably switch from Canola to Olive Oil.
