    Lightbulb ezekiel bread

    dumb question but i just got back from the store and got some ezekiel bread for the first time its spendy, any ways here is the question wen open does it have to stay in the frig?

    i would keep it in the fridge unless you prefer it at room temp and are going to eat it withint a week or two

    i believe it needs to be refridgerated because of high vitamin E content, like wheat germ, but I could be wrong about that
