    how do u consume 4000cals??

    chicken- 80 cals.

    workout shakes- 300 cals.

    eggs - 80 cals.

    what are some things high in cals?

    those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs,fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL

    Pasta, whole wheat bread, whole eggs, lean ground beef, carb shakes (after workout) you name it, there are plenty of calorie dense foods out there.

    Fat and sugar, it's hard eating that much food when it's clean. I had a problem with that last cycle. So now I'll eat a little bit of junk if my calories are way under.

    8 meals a day, 500 calories each. 50g protein, 50g carbs, 10g fat. 4000 calories by the end of the day.

    add walnuts, olive oil, cashews, peanut butter. You'll hit 400 easily.

    i try and keep my diet as clean as i can , limited carbs and sugar, but i gotta be getting 4k easy.

    sometimes you just gotta shove that food down when you don't want too....

    i eat alot of steak and chicken , whole eggs, oats, potatoes,veggies, fruit, some dairy , nuts,


    tren and canadian special cigaretes help me out alot,

    if your poor try a weight gainer, not 6 times a day, but second breakfast, pwo etc .

    lmao at 80 calories for eggs every day.... should be more like 800 to 1000 calories from eggs imo.

    Make your own weightgainer shakes, use milk, whole eggs, oats, banana, linseed, flax oil. that should be atleast 800cal a shake, two shakes a day is 1600 plus 4 meals, this should be realistic. And yes if you want to go up in weight your going to gain some fat.

    another hign calorie dense food is homemade chili, key word is home made.

    i dont think weight gainers are necessary in anybodys diet, like fireguy said the makeup is pretty simple to hit 4k cals

    I blend a full cup of raw oats with each one of my shakes. 1 cup of oats has like 400 calories.

    mega dosing fish oil

    several cups of veggies

    a couple cups of oats

    I eat just right at 4000 to grow

    That's more than I can say. Most of my sweet potatoes / oats / tuna
    all that gets washed down the hatch with a heaping mouthful of water. I don't think I can ever enjoy those foods enough to actually want to chew and taste them anymore.
