    what do you think about my diet ??

    hey guys...i'm 24 years old i weight 180 pound i'm 6'0 tall and my BMR is 3322.6 and i'm on this diet for bulking took it from the how to bulk thread and added a little things...i just want to know if everything is good. thanks for the help.



    Cardio period of 45-60 minutes heart rate should be from 127 to 137, 5 grams of glutamine


    Meal 1: Pro/Carb

    8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal, whole wheat bread

    50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat



    Meal 2: Pro/Fat

    Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies

    55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat



    Meal 3: Pro/Carb

    Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice

    55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat
    **Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.


    Meal 4: Pro/Fat

    2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies

    60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat


    Gakic 30 to 45 min before workout 8 caplets

    Amino fuel 3 table spoons

    Workout


    Meal 5: PWO Nutrition

    Creatine immediately after workout 2 scoops

    15 min. later 2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose, Yams

    40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat



    Meal 6: PPWO

    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)

    50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat



    Meal 7: Pro/Fat

    Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter, 5 grams of glutamine

    50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat



    Meal 8: Before Bed

    3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed oil

    60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat

    Creatine immediately after workout 2 scoops

    15 min. later 2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose, Yams
    i like 2:1 carb to pro if i do this way

    40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat



    Meal 6: PPWO

    Meal 7: Pro/Fat

    no. go casein protein with a better EFA source

    60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat
    not bad minimal changes what are daily calories? and how many cals are you introducing form your current intake?

    hey, eatrainrest thanks for replying bro...daily calories are 3600 + my intake

    calories are 620...so it's about 4220 calories

    ok i would chop it down to 500 or so calories to introduce every day. of course on your workout days you are not eating thsi correct? you should be eating at your flat BMR, not TDEE on workout days than add 500. also 2 scoops of creatine is a waste 4-5g is all you will need in any sitting, and take your PWO shake, carbs and protein and creatine in conjunction immediately after cardio

    along with the changes advised, you could eliminate the bread in the AM, sub with more naturally rolled oats, not prepackaged oats, and dump the whey and add more egg whites and maybe 2 yolks.

    hey eatrainrest, i got another question...i am planing to run HGH cycle...and i just want your advice...you think i should run it while bulking or while cutting ?? and my plan was to run 6 to 10 month on 3 ius 5 days on/2 days off a week...or running it for 6 month and start with 3 ius and work my way up to 5 ius...thanks

    Uhhhh I do not think HGH is a good idea at age 24.


    Also I would post this question in the anabolc question section where people have a vast more knowledge on the topic.........

    Well you can "cut" with any steroid . It is all about diet and the type of gains you will make in relation to what you eat. Yes some steroids will give you bloat and that bulk look and some will do the opposite BUT.........

    If you eat Extremely clean and do a good amount of cardio then you are going to put of some good lean mass that will stay with you longer as suppose to someone eating alot of sodium in a diet in which will eventually make you retain more water and you give a bulk/bloated look.

    Its all up to how strict you are and how on top of your diet you are while you are on or off a cycle........

    hmm the cycle i guess sounds fine to me... 24 is a bit young and considering you are just starting to get your diet in order, id shy away from any outside anabolics. give it a true 2 years of committment to switching up training regimes/fooling around with diets to find out what works and what does not work for you. you will know your body alot better, will be at a better age and more fully developed to your genetic potential, at this time id say hop on the juice.

    Very useful information, i am staring a new cycle soon and from my first one i realized that i could of made way more progress then i did, all due to my poor diet regime.

    One question what good does flax seed oil do?
    Also what i understand you calorie intake should be less on workout days? just trying to clarify.

    Well i knew that it promotes good health, decreases chances of heart disease and might prevent cancer. Just wanted someones interpreted opinion about results that you might see using this it. There are thousands of vitamins, herbs and other supplements one can take, yet that one was included int he diet....

    Anyways never mind about that question. And thank you lovbyts for your google 101 lesson and a cocky response. Very informative.

    i wouldn't run hgh at 24 years old.. and then u ask if it should be used as a bulking or cutting compound (this is to the op).. hgh has to be run, at a minimum, for 6 months... imo you should steer clear of this compound get your diet in check, grow a little bit naturaly (i'd say at about 215 u'd be okay) and then do a test e only cycle... just my 2 cents..

    hey jamyjamjr, thanks for the reply, i'm gonna wait for a while i think everyone is right HGH shouldn't be used at 24, but i thought introducing test e later on, but i was afraid of hair loss, that's why i thought of HGH.

    u have good reason to be afraid of hair loss, i get it every time i cycle bad unless i do finasteride and nioxin, which does a good job of minimizing the side effect...
