There maybe possibly a few but I won't recommend them.

I know it must be difficult with that type of lifestyle, if you can try to prepare your meals ahead of time, the day before or a day off try to prepare a good bit of food for the week.

    Just my .02cents

I would never recommend a frozen meal to anyone. Seriously. Even the "healthy" one are usually around 50 - 75% of your daily sodium and filled with all sorts of unnecessary additives. If you have an hour to go shopping for those meals I bet once you got the hang of it you could easily commit to prepping food once or twice a week. Maybe you and your wife could each pick a day?

That would be my best recommendation. You need to get yourself a solid mini cooler and embrace more of a lunchbox mentality. On your meal prep day, portion out nonperishable healthy snacks like almonds into 1oz baggies. Make a big batch of chicken breasts and brown rice a couple times a week and portion it out into transportable tupperwears in your fridge. You can even throw in some chopped broccoli. When you re-heat in the microwave just add a splash or 2 of water to steam the broccoli and prevent the rice/chicken from drying out. I also like to re-heat covered with a paper towel rather than the tupperware lid. Mastering a proper diet has a lot to do with planning and commitment. This seems like a good way for you to ditch your delusions and truly do something good for your body. Plus, I promise you'll feel way better about yourself than being that guy with the lean cuisine.

    Good luck!

just prepare the food the night before if your schedule is running tight.

Like Eat said prepare your meals before hand. TV dinners are loaded with sodium and sugars. Not good for you at all.

Not as good as self made but a lot better than frozen is you can buy a lot of pre made dinners also. Winco has a LOT of pre made stuff as well as Costco. No to recommended for every day BUT!!! Also most places have the places you can have pre made meals for you weekly and you just go in and pick them up or you go in and actually prepare them there under supervision so no mess at home or shopping.

DONT make a habbit of eating junk but it's better to eat something, most anything than to skip a meal. You body goes into starvation mode when hungry and starts to store fat. It takes 90 days of eating good, 6+ meals a day for your body to stop seeing the need to store fat so you dont want to screw that up by starting to miss meals even if they are not 100% clean.

I can cook 5 meals and have them packed in tupperware in less time than it takes to make a frozen dinner.
