late workout an hour to 2 hrs before bed time (post-w question)
OK looks like at least 1 to 2 nights a week i can only make it to the gym at 8 pm, i get done 9 or 915 then i do this..
9:00 Post work out 40-50 grams of elliet protein, with 35-70 grams of glycomaize
10:00 londol broil all the wayy here, 3-7 oz
Im on cutting diet and is the carbs going to hurt my six pack lol? Im guessing no because its fast digesting and my body is using for the muscle? I read that you shouldnt eat carbs before bad or late at night

nope.. carbs will go where they're needed, your muscles!! how about u add an efa to that london broil??? avocado? olive oil??
