    eggs ,cheese?

    is a eggwhite omlet with 2 slices of cheese ,and turkey suasge good for breakfast??? or should i go back to oatmeal ?? thanks

    give me macros...... i can already say the cheese is no good.. oatmeal is much better then all those things, but you still need protien in the morning..

    my regular morning looks like this

    pasturized egg whites, 1 carton (200,50,0,0)
    1/2 cup natural rolled oats (218,0,50,2)

    that works fine for me..

    Depends on your metabolism. I have no clue why jamy says no cheese, I drink about a gallon of whole milk a day and eat at least 4 slices of american cheese so I get a pretty good amount of fat.

    All those extra calories do is provide energy so the protein can go towards anabolism. If you don't have to worry about being a fat ass then eat the cheese.

    whole milk has alotta unwanted fat and simple sugars.. cheese has the unwanted fats... do better fat sources...

    cheese in a keto diet isnt so bad....depends what type of diet you're on
